To be locked & loaded on our beautifully organized calendar, all you have to do is confirm the day with a $2,000 deposit + signed contract. We will schedule a meeting before that stage to get to know each other more.

DO YOU HELP IN THE PLANNING PROCESS?
Yes. This is one of our greatest strengths and one of the main ways we serve our couples. We are masters of thinking through logistics, & have done this whole wedding dance a million times. We will be on your team from day one.
Vendor recs, unique detail discussions, & a thorough timeline that ensures your day goes smoothly, with ample time to spend with your people & the best lighting for your photos & video.
DO YOU SHOOT ANYTHING ELSE?
Of Course! We’re capturing all of the wedding-related events...engagements, rehearsals, etc... along with the occasional family, senior photo, in-home shoot, branding, lifestyle, and the like. We’re fans of partnering with nonprofits and other businesses to curate promotional videos, overall branding, & documentaries.
WHAT MAKES YOU GUYS DIFFERENT FROM EVERYONE ELSE?
#1 From first glance, you can tell our edits & posing don’t blend in with most. We aren't afraid of bright colors, unconventional locations, or experimenting with new concepts.
#2 We're fun people. A lot of couples don't realize it when planning a wedding, but you're with your photographer more than almost anyone else on your wedding day. You want someone with a personality you connect with who is ready to celebrate with you two and your friends.
#3 We’re married, you won’t be getting awkward second shooters on your day.
#4 Most people in this industry only have between 0-2 years of experience. We have been doing this professionally for 6 years. This isn't a hobby for us, our investment into your day is not casual. We’re extremely experienced & you can trust us.
WHAT IS YOUR WORK STYLE ON YOUR WEDDING DAY?
Mindful. We strategize a lot. You don’t want people to only be “flies on the wall” bc often that means they are not bold enough to get into the action of the day where all the memories are made. And you don’t want a Hollywood director dictating your movement every step of the way yelling “cut” during your first look and making you redo the whole thing (we have seen someone do that, it was terrible). We mindfully anticipate when to observe and when to guide. When to jump into action & when to spy on your guests from a distance (aka creep). Overall our goal is to make you two and your guests feel as organic and comfortable as possible in front of a camera.
AND OKAY, THE QUESTION THAT EVERYONE WANTS TO ASK BUT IS SCARED TOO.. "WHAT IF YOU BOTH TRAGICALLY DIE THE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING WHILE OVEREXTENDING YOURSELVES IN A HOT YOGA CLASS?"
Well... haha, there is a chance that could happen... we're both high achieving. If it were to.. we have SOOOOO so many amazing friend-vendors that would 100% have yours/our back. Don't worry.

It may seem like a good idea at the moment to take the bargain, but TRUST US it isn’t! Get a professional with multiple years of experience. You may not think photos matter that much to you right now, or that whoever will do a “good enough” job. But hear us when we say, get the photographer & videographer you really want. If you don't believe us, google it. It's people's number one regret when it comes to wedding planning. Having an experienced photographer will help make your day so much more peaceful and relaxed.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? BACKUPS?
Yes. Our State Farm agent Melanie is a champ and protects everybody & all of our cameras.
And yes, we got you. We’re showing up to your wedding with over 30K in gear, meaning we’ve got backups for our backups.
CAMERA SHY?
Contrary to what it looks like on Instagram, almost no one feels comfortable in front of a camera. You aren’t alone. But don’t fear, we are sort of known for being the most encouraging people ever. Seriously, if you don’t even really need photos for something but just want to be encouraged & affirmed, hire us for an hour & your words of affirmation tank will be full.
Seriously though, a core value of ours is that everyone is photogenic. It is a tragedy for people to go around believing anything different. (hold the eye roll & “everyone but me” thought). Honestly, I promise you are photogenic. Maybe you’ve never heard that, but I don’t even have to see you to know it’s true. Too many people are walking around thinking you have to be a professional model to look nice in photos & we don’t buy into that mentality at all.
Our entire goal is for your photos to feel like YOU. We will bring out the weirdness, the sass, all of it, in order to get photo and video that capture you well. We are there to help guide y'all step by step through flattering & authentic poses while you forget you ever felt nervous to begin with.
